The subject matter of the article is a toolkit and monitoring processes weakly structured business using fuzzy cognitive maps (FCMs). goal to create model for forecasting course based on FCMs, which provide flexibility ability adapt conditions changing circumstances in process be monitored, as well insurance possibility applying unstable FCM.s task develop formal system model; computational FCM method FCMs: creating an model. methods used are graph modeling experiment methods. following results were obtained.
